Have been coming to this location since a child. Everything on the menu is fantastic but my favorite is a Whoopercheezie. Phenomenal double cheeseburger with all the fixings. Unfortunately the tray that the food hops is long gone with the boxes of food, the bottle of ketchup and extra napkins. The beautiful boxes are now hidden in a plain paper bag, but the food is still great.

What a fun experience, you roll up to these different lanes/kiosk, order through the mic and they bring it out to you. We got the classic superdawg and fries combo and it did not disappoint! The fries are super crispy and the hot dog has great flavor. I will say the fries are on the bland side, so you need the sauce. If you can make the drive out there, go do it!

What's not to love? Classic dog/burger spot. We always stop in after visiting my grandparents and dad in the cemetery. They left us the gift of super dog each time we visit for life! Love their crinkle fries. The pickles are super good too! I always get a super dog. Could go for 1 right now.

1st time here and would return. I loved the way the service was upon my visit as it was an efficient way of ordering and the food was delivered promptly. I went late night with my husband but despite the late hours, there were still a lot of people there. That is how you know this place is great.

I know this place is iconic, and if I were visiting this part of Chicago it's a "must go to" place, but I don't love it. You drive up to a booth with a menu and speaker. Person takes your order, you wait in your car for about 10 min, and they bring you the food. You can pay by cash or credit. You then either take the food home or eat in your car. Food is just OK. I mean...it's hot dogs and hamburgers so nothing you can really mess up. The fries were crispy but probably because they were too overfried. I came here to support an elementary school's fundraiser. If it wasn't for that, I probably wouldn't have a reason to come back.

I've been coming here since I was a kid (obviously less now because hot dogs and fries as a diet is frowned upon when you grow up), but I still love getting to visit every now and again. The food and the ambiance of the drive-in is just like I remember every single time, and consistency like that, that spans a literal lifetime is something truly special to me and hard to find now! Their fries are seriously the best, but make sure you get the cheese. I typically get a classic superdawg or the superfish, but they're always hot and perfect. Service is always prompt and friendly, I've never had a bad experience. I recently watched a mini documentary online and it was really cool to learn that it's still family run for over 70 years! Definitely a must-go place when you're in the area and hopefully a tradition for lots of families for years to come.

What is there to say that has not been said already? The Superdawg was my first Chicago-style hot dog and it was delicious! The drive-in ordering system was very cool! The women who took my order was incredibly friendly, super nice. In pretty much no time, maybe five minutes, she came out with a paper bag holding my meal and delivered my order to the car. I was able to pay with credit card, all very convenient! The Superdawg with all the trimmings, including the "memorable" hot pepper, underneath a bed of fries, was a delicious late-dinner meal!
